Total Energy Systems Ltd. operates (4) Divisions all of which are based in the Coquitlam, B.C. facility and consist of: HVAC & Mechanical Commercial Construction (Retro-Fit) Divisions; 24/7 HVAC & Mechanical Service Division; & HVAC & Mechanical Maintenance Division. Total Energy Systems Ltd. also provides ‘In House Commissioning' on all projects, to ensure delivery of a superior, quality "Turn Key" projects. Our installation team is comprised of both Journeymen and licensed Apprentice and our entire staff undergoes ongoing, intensive training in all areas, in order to stay abreast of the ever changing advancements in equipment and technology. This has allowed us to ensure proper installation and full customer satisfaction with every job we deliver. Our highly trained staff are equipped with state of the art equipment and tools, enable us to custom fabricate any and all required fittings necessary for the most unique applications, thus reducing lead times and parts shortages. In addition, we offer 24 hour, 7-days a week emergency service for all of our customers. As a part of the service department, we have Service/Maintenance agreements available to ensure priority treatment and proper annual maintenance of installed HVAC & Mechanical equipment. We feel that taking a pro-active approach toward maintenance will prevent problems in the future.
