RegenoPlast Materials LLC ("RPM") is the U.S. sales representative for UK based Storm Board LLP. Storm Board™ is a 4' x 8' x 3/4" plastic board made from 100% recycled post-industrial and post-consumer mixed plastic waste. Storm Board™ is extremely durable and excels in wet environments. Unlike wood fiber boards, Storm Board™ is impenetrable to rain/moisture, will not rot or rust, and is resistant to microbial action. Storm Board™ is manufactured utilizing a mix of waste plastic raw materials, including #1 (PET), #2 (HDPE), #4 (LDPE), #5 (PP), #6 (PS) and #7 (Other). Storm Board™ creates a market for plastics that have historically been landfilled, including compound plastics, certain colored plastics and plastics for which there is limited recycling demand such as #4, #6 and #7, thereby helping to close the loop on a segment of the circular economy. Storm Board™ has been manufactured and sold in Europe since 2010 and products built with Storm Board™ have won numerous awards, including Kevin McCloud's Green Heroes award winning outdoor bench and cladding (2016) and the Ecobuild and M&S Big Innovation Pitch (2017).Storm Board™ is available in two models: 1) Storm Board™ HI (High Impact); and 2) Storm Board™ SF (Shop Fitting). - Storm Board™ HI is a tough, general purpose board with a polyolefin skin that is easy to clean, weatherproof, UV resistant and graffiti proof- Storm Board™ SF was designed for interior applications (e.g. shop fitting furniture, including table and countertops, desks, shelving, signage and other applications), is very stiff and has a lower coefficient of expansion than the Storm Board™ HIStorm Board HI & SF can be manufactured with mixed plastic waste (hangars, packaging materials, K-cups, etc.) supplied by the customer, providing a tangible demonstration of the customer's commitment to creating a circular economy. Both boards can be recycled into new Storm Board™ at the end of their lives.
