I work from a trauma informed, attachment focused lens. In other words, I focus on your strengths while recognizing the many impacts trauma can have, creating an environment that provides you the safety to grow, process, and feel empowered (Trauma Informed). I utilize EMDR therapy to support you in healing from trauma. I also believe that our early relationships with caregivers and others strongly influence and impact who we are and how we related to others as adults (Attachment Focused).
