Born and raised in Italy, my love for pasta is in my DNA. It's as deep as my love for my adopted home of the beautiful prairies of Saskatchewan. I am deeply proud of Fresh Dish Pasta; the wholesomeness of Saskatchewan-grown lentils used to make our pasta marries beautifully with authentic, distinctive and delicious Italian sauces.
