IBOK-MTS's core competencies are: Detail Engineering Service Provider (DESP), Full Turn-Key EFI&T Deployment Service Provider (EDSP), Advanced Optical Network Services (AONS) and our Certified Fiber Characterization Service Provider (FCSP) services offerings.
