LN's conversion franchise platform for primary care health centers is designed for impact, scale and sustainability, drawing on business principles to build in-country capacity and generate long-term effect. LN launched its conversion franchise model with 12 facilities in Burundi in 2012. Now, in 2017, LN's network has expanded to include 77 facilities in Burundi, Uganda, and the Eastern DRC, providing high quality care for over 1,000,000 patient visits per year.
