At knowledgemarker, we value the freedom to explore, challenge, and redesign the status quo. We aim to change the game for people/companies who code. Our mission is three-fold. Transform Expertise Management, Replace CVs, and Open Collaboration.Transform Expertise Management:---------------------------------------------------We've dedicated ourselves purifying the murky waters of in-house knowledge and skills by tackling the following problems companies face:- Automated identification of tech skills.- Searchable insight into who knows what.- Informed expertise management. - Effective documentation and communication of domain specific technical standards, know-how, and community approved solutions.Replace CVs:-------------------In our experience of recruiting and being recruited, we found CVs to be frustrating to create, forever out of date and pretty unreliable. This way of presenting skills is long overdue an update. Here's how we plan to shake things up: Instead of you continually having to update your CV, we integrate directly with your Github/Gitlab profile and build your expertise profile for you so you can share your verified skills wherever and with whomever you choose. Open Collaboration:-----------------------------Ever start working with a new library and wonder whether one of your peers has experience with it? Knowledgemarker Communities are aimed at opening collaboration for devs. Within these user-created communities devs can search for and find peers who have expertise in any topic of interest. If you'd like to join us on this adventure, get in touch
