At Permanence we like to get involved in all sorts of projects that carries the same values and essence. The idea to set up projects that are pragmatic and efficient but also authentic and a powerful, capable of producing a positive effect in our society.Our first project involved re-opening (from scratch) for tourism an old school Estancia / Ranch in Argentina's Patagonia wilderness. The idea was to show a unique place of Argentina in a unique but simple way, hosted and run by locals. Our consultancy involved pretty much everything you need to re-open a hotel, from getting the permits to run it to doing the maintenance of the facilities to creating the content needed to advertise and sell the hotel to high-end tourism agencies around the globe.At the moment we are done with Project #1 and working on more cool projects around the region.
