Moreover, the Cut-Back Bitumen unit, with a capacity of 300 MTPD for provides the infrastructure of the road to penetrate more effectively, by blending Kerosene and Bitumen 80/100 as feed materials. SAMAN CEMENT PLANTSaman Cement Plant is one of the investment projects of Wataniya Group in partnership with Khairat Abar Iraqiya, the plant located in Iraq, Al Muthanna District, 38km west of Samawa city. It consists of two parallel production lines with a capacity of 4,000,000 MTPA.
