At Tantra, we want to change people's perception on Indian Food. Our food will provide a multisensory experience involving: appearance, texture, flavours, aroma, of all equal importance. We aim to take traditional Indian food into another dimension by taking inspirations from renowned international cuisines and using modern techniques such as molecular gastronomy, deconstruction of dishes, as well as many more. We ensure that the soul of the food we serve will be authentic Indian in flavour, but the execution and presentation will be mystical and magical in every aspect, just like the name ‘Tantra'. It is guaranteed to be interesting. This is the first time the UK has ever seen such uniqueness and creativity in a dining experience from an Indian Cuisine.
