Our dough is handcrafted on the premises (nothing frozen here), then carefully aged in-house for at least 24 hours for peak flavor. We make our sauce here as well. We buy locally produced ingredients whenever possible. Our veggies arrive fresh and whole. All our pizzas get a generous portion of premium preservative-free provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
