Peter's Poultry is an accredited HACCP and HALAL certified Poultry Processing Facility that processes both Broilers and Layer Hens. We process in accordance with the Australian Standards for Construction of Premises and Hygienic production of Poultry Meat for human consumption.Peter's Poultry is a 100% West Australian Family owned Company that is committed to providing Premium Quality Poultry products. To find out more about our range of products.Peter's Poultry was founded in 1997 and was known as Prestige Poultry. It supplied numerous butchers, outlets and restaurants with premium quality dressed poultry. The first processing facility was established in Kenwick and as Peter's Poultry progressed to be a leading supplier in WA, an investment was made at Wangara, for a much larger and fully automated Poultry Processing Plant in 1999. This plant was capable of processing about 2000 birds/hour. Over the years Peter's Poultry thrived supplying niche markets and premium poultry products and now has hundreds of clients across the state.In February 2018 Peter's Poultry was handed over to become a fully family owned business. A big investment has been made to transform Peter's Poultry to a renowned Hi-Tech Poultry Processing Faculty, with the implementation of a diverse quality management system boasting full HACCP and HALAL certification.
