The CMHW is a collaboration between HELP University and the Malaysian Mental Health Association to support mental health and wellbeing through research, training and thought leadership.This will be achieved through academic research, training programmes and a think-tank to anticipate and address emerging challenges and opportunities in mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and the community at large.For this year, the centre will offer a series of mental health and wellbeing courses.These will cover workplace mental health, mental health literacy for primary care doctors and resources and programmes that help to develop resilience among young people in schools.
