For the very first time in Pakistan, the concept of events organizing for visually challenged is adopted by LIOCS. It is aiming to provide best quality skills to the visually challenged community in order to integrate them with the sighted part of the society. Moreover LIOCS also aims to launch its manifold projects for the common man to induce excellent competitive skills in the society. Thus the joint venture of youth having identical mission resulted as a proper organization named "LIOCS" with the encouraging and friendly motivation of enthusiastic team "LIOCSians". we believe: "if we cannot see the world, we must do something, that the whole world should see us"
