Following a Mexican bun recipe, Rotiboy Bakeshoppe was originally founded in Penang, Malaysia in 1998 by Hiro Tan. We've been growing ever since, and our brand has evolved into specialty bakeshop stores and a café concept with over 300 stores throughout Asia: Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, & KSA.With the advent of many other brands which are inspired by Rotiboy, we are effectively the founder and creator of the "bun" industry in Malaysia and worldwide.
