Marketing and Advertising

REF+ (the initials of the partners Ricardo Calfat, Renato Pereira, Eduardo Barros and Fernando Calfat) has been on the market for 16 years and has consolidated itself as one of the top 5 integrated and independent agencies in Brazil. In 2017, according to Kantar Ibope Media, it grew 27% going to the fifth position among companies with the best financial performance at the time. This survey included the 50 agencies with the largest operation in the country. The constant evolution in the last decade has gained even more force with the positioning "Art & Science", adopted by REF + to represent its strategic and contemporary performance. The goal with this signature is to convey the mission of the agency in the scenario of transformations that advertising is going through. The union of art and science is decisive in overcoming the new challenges and the sum of the two universes is what makes the difference. REF + is the agency of brands like: Decolar.com, Free Market, Barilla, Sompo Seguros, Adyen, Roasted Chicken, Vienna, Movida, among others.
