We manufacture authentic Italian gelato, marrying old tradition to new innovation. All of our products are completely made from scratch, without the use of any artificial flavours, colours or premixes. We also manufacture specialized gelato such as vegan gelato and liquor gelato.In 2019 the business expanded to become the world's first licensed "ice cream distillery" to legally produce boozy gelato with 5% alcohol content. Later that year the distillery began bottling Alberta-made T-Rex Vodka and Raptor Rum, and re-branded it self as DaVinci & T-Rex Distillery.
