Our family owned and operated business was established in 1976 as a specialty Interior Design firm. Our sister company DBI, a Southeastern Wisconsin based Design-Build company was formed in 1986. In 2012 we merged I-Design and DBI to combine talents and skills totaling over 100 years of experience.Since the inception of our companies, we have worked to provide a full service offering to our clients. Construction can be intimidating to those unfamiliar with the process, but at I-Design we focus on a step by step approach. We follow our clients from Concept to Completion in order to put their minds at ease. As unique challenges arise, we face them head on with our clients to help them determine the best way to move forward.From the start, we offer help in determining the best property for our client's project and implement value based engineering to design the most cost-effective way to build or remodel their facility. We offer single point responsibility in the coordination of the design and construction phase of the project to complete a quality building on time and within budget. Our team has completed over 750 projects valued in excess of $100,000,000. Our capabilities range from service and remodeling, to multi-million dollar facilities. Our customers return time and time again because of the quality of our finished product, in fact 75% of our business are return customers or referrals from word of mouth.
