Yoga means unity - the union of mind, body and spirit.At YOGAflo, we offer a freestyle Hatha-Vinyasa Flow classes, also known as Power Yoga, in the form of a comprehensive and dynamic sequence of yoga asanas (postures) which is meant to work every muscle of your body. With no intimidating poses incorporated in the flow, it is designed so that everybody gets a chance to experience a rewarding mind and body workout. Energizing movements will contribute to healthy detoxification through sweating.Each class is 90 minutes long, and includes breathing, cardio, strength-building and stretching exercises. Suitable for beginners and regular practitioners. It is advised not to eat a meal 2 - 3 hours before your class and try to drink plenty of water before class. There are no right or wrong poses; you are your own teacher. Listen to your body. The key is simply to be present and consciousat all times. Just do what feels right.Namaste.
