Goose Island Brewpub - It's. Finally. Happening. We're opening a Brewpub in London, the place that started it all. When our founder, John Hall, travelled to London he was inspired by the beers he found. He thought to himself "America deserves some damn fine beer like this, too" and in 1988 he started brewing at the Goose Island Brewpub in Chicago. We're bringing it back to London with a Goose Island Brewpub in the heart of Shoreditch, opening in late summer 2018.
