Kevin added an Overhead Door Division to the company and maintained the King Construction and Overhead Door tradition.During the summer of 1997, the current owners, Lance and Lincoln Sharar, purchased the business. Their vision was to continue the long lasting reputation of King Construction and also to grow the business serving extended clientele in central Iowa.
