Casa Nova Ristorante has been in business since 1975. It all started with Ignazio "Nash" Ognibene's dream to open and operate his own Italian restaurant in America. After buying the building, and working very hard to get the place in tip top shape Nash owned the place up in 1975 and the restaurant has managed to stay open all this time, through ups and downs. Mostly because of the dedication and hard work from Nash's son John, who ended up taking over the business. Now, Casa Nova is building back up again. The last several years have been challenging and this year (2020) has of course presented some new hurdles to maneuver. We are, nonetheless, doing very well now and are looking to do draw in more customers so all of Western New York can realize what a gold mine of an Italian restaurant they have right here in their home town. Casa Nova prides itself with having close to 100% of the dinners made fresh with the best ingredients and many from their huge vegetable garden out back.
