CA Engineering was established in April 1992 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to provide engineering services to the government and the industry on the fields of water/wastewater engineering and water resources engineering. Over the years, the firm has experienced steady and controlled growth. To this date, CA Engineering is enriched with strong experience in the United States, Puerto Rico and Latin America.In over 25 years, CA Engineering has designed water distribution systems, water filtration plants, water storage facilities, transmission lines, sewerage systems, wastewater treatment plants, and water and wastewater pumping stations. In the line of water resources, CA Engineering has performed hundreds of hydrologic-hydraulic (HH) studies for the housing industry, requests for CLOMR/LOMR from FEMA in compliance with the NFIP, storm water management plans, river course modification studies, studies for flood control, and for sizing rainfall runoff discharge detention systems, reservoir safe yield and level studies, and sediment transport studies.
