AiMS Environmental (est. 1993) is an environmental consulting firm which combines over 50 years of collective experience and expertise in the fields of geoenvironmental and industrial engineering. AiMS caters to the real estate industry working with residential, commercial and industrial property Owners, realtors, managers, developers, banks and other financial institutions, architects and other consultants. Our engineers and technicians are actively involved in conducting environmental site reconnaissance, subsurface investigations, environmental testing and inspection services, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Site Remediation Investigations for all your pre-purchase due diligence, property transfer and financing and/or refinancing requirements. AiMS is also qualified to carry-out Phase One ESAs to the Ministry of the Environment Regulation 153/04 - the Record of Site Condition (RSC) Regulation.
