Domaine de La Rectorie is a family winery located in Banyuls-sur-Mer, Pyrénées-Orientales, France. Our terraced vineyards overhang the Mediterranean Sea. They are composed of vines that are more than fifty years old in average and which grow on rocky slate soils. We work and harvest without any mechanisation. From the diversity of plots, with different altitudes and orientations, we are able to elaborate a range of wines going from the dry Collioure -white, rosé and red- to the fortified sweet Banyuls proposed in their two different approaches: the Rimage, matured in full tanks or barrels avoiding any contact with the air, or the traditional oxidative Banyuls.La Rectorie is run by Thierry Parcé and his son Jean-Emmanuel.
