Bridges provides licensed services such as Corporate Foster Care, SLS, ILS, SES, 24 Hour Emergency Assistance among others. These services will allow for individuals and their teams to choose a service plan that fits the specific needs and wants in the community of their choosing on an a la carte basis. Bridges has a strong interest and track record in serving individuals transitioning from institutional or unsuccessful placements.
