Durabath was created because we saw problems in the bath refinishing industry that needed to be solved. Quality and safety were the biggest ones. We started off using traditional spray methods, like many other bath refinishers. Because of the fumes from the spray, we would come home coughing and wheezing. We could only imagine what our clients were going through after we left a job site. There were also complaints from customers of baths chipping and peeling within a few months of completing a job. For the benefit of our customers and ourselves, something had to change or we would be out of business.We discovered a new way to do things. We implemented a No-Spray method which did not emit any dangerous fumes and was odourless. We could work with peace of mind that both our clients and our technicians would be safe. It was easier to apply with less setup and cleanup.
