Our aim is to bring Northern Ireland a healthy, tasty, quality food alternative that doesn't break the bank. Started by Jonathan a fellow sushi lover in 2011. Motivated by a lack of availability of quality sushi in Belfast. "Rising Sun" started life as "Sushi King" catering Belfast functions and supplying direct prepacked quality sushi to convenience stores, cafe's and markets. All of our produce is handmade to restaurant standard without the restaurant prices using local produce. Platters are available for parties and functions.Our pre packed quality food to go range is available in selected stores including sushi, curries, noodles and soups.
