We are proud to work in affiliation with the most important agency in the UK, Hamptons International, and we collaborate with several agencies in France, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Russia. We are an old established family, proud of over 30 years experience as Estate Agents and Property consultants. Our Managers are "official" Estate Agents, registered in the register of estate agents held at the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia, after they have passed a hard Examination on every aspect of the property purchase process. LiguriaHomes director, Matteo Scandolera, is also an Official Property Consultant and Surveyor of the Imperia Court. We are members of FIAIP, the association of Italian Estate Agents with over 50,000 members, and linked to CEI (European Confederation of Estate Agents), REALTOR (Association of American Estate Agents) and FITA (The equivalent to the English CBI).
