Waco Engineering Services (WES) is a Temporary Works Consulting business which offers a full "risk ringfenced" service to customers by covering the design, equipment supply (via Form-Scaff or Doka) and on-site approval of temporary works. Customers receive the services of appropriately qualified, professionally registered and well experienced staff to design, inspect and approve the temporary works for an entire project, or any part thereof. Waco Engineering Services PTY (Ltd) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Waco Africa, which is part of the Waco International Group.Our Service Offering & Capability include:Front End Engineering support such as Feasibility Studies & Conceptual Design, as well as Project planning & Estimating support/guidance.During the Value Engineering & Design Phase we can assist with Value Engineering & Alternatives, Design, draughting (2D & 3D), pricing and quantification of standard Doka and Form-Scaff equipment, Design of special formwork (steel or timber), 3rd party design checks and validation, Engineering Design Reports & Engineering Certificates, Coffer and Trough Slab Designs – temporary works and (proposed) permanent works design, 3D Modelling, printing & Animation.Construction & Execution Phase:Temporary Works Design, fulfilling all the responsibilities as per CR 12(1), Method statements, construction methodology and sequencing as well as crane layouts & lifting studies, Design, inspect & approval of suspended access, Design of temporary concrete structures such a tower crane and batch plant foundations, On-site Inspections, Guidance/Advice & Approvals, Value Added Services such as risk assessments, fall protection plans, etc. through partnering with SHEQ specialists, Training & Mentoring.WES has it own Professional Indemnity cover, over and above the Group's comprehensive cover.
