LYLAC™ (Life Your Life After Cancer) is founded 2008 in the Hampshire-Dorset area by 2 cancer survivors and qualified Life Coaches. One also being a GP. It is an innovative support programme using life coaching to help people affected by cancer live well. LYLAC is designed and proven to be effective in a relative short timeframe in an inspiring and uplifting way. The support we provide is evidence based (feasibility study completed with Southampton University in 2012) and available for both groups and individuals. LYLAC is working together with partners (hospitals and charities) and the programme is available to people from all walks of life with any type of cancer.Thought our new virtual workshops it's became easier to reach more people and to offer them the support from the safety of their homes.
