Established in Eastern Market historic district of Detroit in 1924, Germack Pistachio Company still operates here to this day. Germack roasts and blends a full-line of high quality nuts, seeds, and snack mixes, selling its products wholesale to food service establishments, groceries, c-stores, stadiums, QVC and warehouse stores. Germack also has a coffee roasting division and a retail division housed in Eastern Market. Come visit our three company owned retail stores, including a nut shoppe, espresso bar, and spice shop operating at the same location as our coffee roastery.
