Gateway executives have experience in managing over 10,000 affordable housing units in the Mid-Atlantic area, comprised of 3rd party management including non-profit and profit motivated owners as well as over 150 LIHTC Communities. Our knowledge and expertise is primarily in the management of affordable housing in programs including, LIHTC, HUD Section 8, Section 236, USDA-Rural Development 515 and 538 & HOME.
