80 Day Race (80DR) is a new race around the world, inspired by Jules Verne's novel, allowing only sustainable means of transport to race between 8 of the most exciting cities in the world, connecting them in less than 80 days.Each team is free to choose its own route and means of transport between the 8 stopovers. Any vehicle is allowed as long as it runs on renewable resources and does not use a combustion engine.The teams will race against each other, all eager to reach the finish line first, within 80 days… and pit themselves against time, to win the race.80 Day Race will be a recurring event to contribute to a future in which mobility is solely reliant on renewable resources.
