The Capital Build Construction Management Team is comprised of over 50 years of combined expertise in all facets of the construction industry. With our vast working knowledge specializing in wood framed, mid-rise residential buildings, we are able to provide recommendations and consulting tailored to suit any given project. Our Director of Operations is at the heart of every project; overseeing all aspects and ensuring that all issues are dealt with in real time, and that all projects run smoothly and to the Owner's satisfaction. We have an in house Design and Engineering Team, which enables us to collaborate with Owners in all aspects of the Project. Our Project Management and field staff are all seasoned professionals and craftsmen. Our expertise will aide in determining the most efficient, cost effective systems for the project. We comply with Tarion, under the Bulletin 19 process, and with Field Review Professionals; when remedying structural interferences with mechanical systems.
