Gorilla Telecom offers are very specialized. Our teams here at Gorilla spent the last quarter of 2013 and the entire 2014 year handling all the Tiger Team work for AT&T in the Los Angles and Los Angles North Market for all new builds and upgrades as well as several emergency sites that needed troubleshooting. Our Scope of work consisted in troubleshooting alarms left behind by the various different hired AT&T Turf Vendors, Contractors and Sub-Contractors on all AT&T builds. Our first responsibility was to make sure we could get a team to the site with-in 24 hours from the moment the call was dispatched by the war room for that triggered alarm. We then would dispatch a highly trained Hybrid Tiger Team (See Description Below) to troubleshoot the alarm in question. The team consisted of two men that are both technicians, tower climbers and have the ability to use test equipment, write reports and repair the issue all while on the site. For example is there was an alarm for link failure, and the team found it to be a bad SFP card or swapped or bad fiber, then they would replace the damaged part from the carry on inventory and fix the issue on the spot without wasting an additional day. By the same token, if a team is asked to swap an antenna and after swapping the antenna an RSSI or VSWR remain, they would sweep or PIM line until the issue was located in the RF system and replace bad connectors, jumpers and or etc. to ratify the problem on the spot. Point being that our true specialty and what Gorilla is good at is troubleshooting. So any work that involves troubleshooting any type of alarm or piece work that includes possible troubleshooting are the areas of our expertise.
