With sales, customer service and hardware related skills/knowledge in mind, my area of focus is computer troubleshooting. This includes administering hardware and software technical guidance and troubleshooting to corporate businesses and to end users, over the phone, in-house and on site. As a senior technician, I organize and prioritize service work between myself and my fellow workmates.My main goal was, and still is, to provide my customers with quality service that I can be proud of, at a price point that is consistent with my customers budget. A secondary, yet still important goal of mine is to not make my customers feel belittled, by allowing them to ask the 'stupid' questions, and doing my best to answer them in an easy to understand manner. Computer hardware and software are a genuine interest of mine, therefore I am enthusiastic in sharing my knowledge of this area with others. I also like to keep an open mind, and learn from others who may know something that I do not, after all this is an industry that is constantly changing and evolving.I am confident in my abilities, proud of my work, and enjoy solving problems, I look forward to putting my skills to work for you soon!
