The Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center (ESEC) works to develop and enhance an entrepreneurial ecosystem on Maryland's Eastern Shore. ESEC provides training, services and programs to help business owners and entrepreneurs succeed by creating greater access to capital, and offering programs that develop entrepreneurial skills and knowledge. It has three initiatives as part of an overall strategy to encourage organic development of high-growth, innovative, and scalable businesses with an emphasis on the region's traditional industries of agriculture and seafood. ESEC launched hotDesks to provide premium co-working spaces in Maryland for independent professionals. Locations include Salisbury, Easton, Cambridge, Chestertown, Denton, Stevensville and Pocomoke City. Revolution Labs provides a lower threshold and affordable access to digital design resources and talent necessary for Eastern Shore business and manufacturers achieve new product development. F3 Tech Accelerator advances innovation and technology in agriculture, aquaculture and environmental sectors.
