Capacity Building: Building the capacity of schools and communities to understand, own and resolve issues of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging through training, coaching and change tools. Advocacy Support: Allying with "othered" social identity groups in schools and school communities to advocate for sustainable change. Strategic Equity Planning: Facilitating the development of strategic equity plans that include and respect all voices in the community to ensure culturally proficient and equitable ecosystems.
