In recent years, our team have been working to create a new generation of invoice processing games. The generation where the process of a document (meaning: invoice, shipping bill, PO, etc.) starts with an accepted letter and each supplier can use that with advantage (vendor, supplier accountant, buyer, buyer accountant, SSCs). We are able to drastically reduce billing requirements for all resource requirements, from human resources to one CO2 emissions. Our basic idea is that if a certificate (and any other certificate) is created on a digital device, you can work with that data directly, without printing, sending PDFs, manual data capture and robotization. For example, the digital code of invoices is sent directly to a processing system on a secure channel, where its full data content can be used.
