Washington-Kinney, a material handling division of Roll-A-Way in Chicago, was purchased at the same time.Over the years, additional conveyor businesses were purchased, increasing Roll-A-Way's strength. In June of 1986, Roll-A-Way brought in Randolph Conveyor out of Chicago. American Overhead Conveyors was acquired in January of 1998, originally manufactured in Glenwood, MN.The acquisition of these lines has proven to be a wise move.
