"\gæbfuːdz\Gabfoods aims to curate an all-rounded dining experience: with products ranging from wholesome foods to unique tableware in order to dress your table for every occasion. Our purpose is to provide healthy, tasty and beautiful food to everyone's homes pantries and tables. Gabfoods was created in the heart of Istanbul back in 2017 and now consists of an online pantry store along with a physical restaurant. Now, we are bringing our dining experience to Madrid, and with this move, we have pivoted towards a more digital model to reach more people at anytime, anywhere. In Madrid, the digital online shop is complemented by a physical showroom to display our unique tableware sets and a dark kitchen where all our food is carefully made by our chefs to be delivered to customers' homes. This unique hybrid model is one we hope to scale globally. Gabriela's happiest moments have always been around a table with her loved ones. Her dream was to be able to recreate those moments in other people's homes while always maintaining her core values: beauty, taste, and especially the most significant of them all, the need to care for the earth by implementing a sustainable lifestyle. Gabriela has been a travel enthusiast from a young age and her travels have been the backbone of Gabfoods' products. The modern dishes influenced by various cultures and tableware crafted in various points of the world all underline our international ambition. Gabfoods is that dream come true. Caring for our planet by taking environmental accountability and social responsibility is a core value of ours, as sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do. That is why our ingredients are sourced locally, why our collaborations are done mainly by women and the reason why we've committed to being a completely plastic-free company. And just like that, it looks good, feels great, and tastes even better.
