Ugly Mugs Coffee and Tea is a locally owned coffee and tea shop in East Nashville. We serve the highest quality drip and specialty coffee drinks, as well as loose leaf teas, breakfast, lunch and dessert. We feature live music and artwork by local artists, late hours, free Wi-Fi and we are open 7 days a week until 10pm. Alongside my wife, we built and opened the coffeehouse from the ground up in a new mixed use development building. We managed various contractors, workflow, business model and plan, vendor and employee hiring and training. We manage the day to day operations as well.
