The purpose of the charity is to provideservices and support to older people in theboroughs of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly andTorfaen, the city of Newport and the countyborough of Monmouthshire. In order to achieve this, the charity aims to:-• Reduce social isolation and loneliness bythe provision of support services or socialopportunities or by signposting to otherappropriate services.• Provide information to enable older peopleto make informed decisions and choicesthrough our Information Service, AdvocacyServices, outreach sessions and via thewebsite.• Provide support to help older peoplemaintain their independence through arange of services including Choices HomeSupport Service.• Encourage older people to embrace the useof digital technology through the provisionof informal IT sessions.
