Our lead compound, KVX-053, is a potent allosteric and selective phosphatase of regenerating liver 3 (PRL3, or PTP4A3) inhibitor. KVX-053 displays promising activity in cell-based models of ovarian cancer and leukemia, as well as anti-tumor activity in in vivo models of ovarian cancer and acute myeloid leukemia.
