We additionally provide consulting and testing services for Environmental Hazards and Project Management Services. SCBS, LLC also provides Roof Restoration services. Typically these projects result from Hail and/or Wind events from the seasonal Monsoons we experience in Arizona. Damages that are a result of these storms are sometimes covered under an Owner's Property Insurance Policy. We are able to provide our Clients with thorough damage assessments which can help Clients and Client's Insurance Companies determine the scope of work need to repair the damage. We then have the ability and resources to build-back the damaged building components to pre-loss conditions.
