GEAR's initiative is to pioneer new ideas in educating children, equipping parents and training teachers and parents and create a Global Community. Education at GIIS is hands-on activity oriented and these activities are designed with various aspects of Intelligences and Gifted Education like the Multiple Intelligences in mind. GIIS is considered to be a catalytic centre for education activities and hence involvement of parents and the community in general is quite welcome and expected. There is a research-based rationale for each of these activities being designed the way it is being done.
