Our kombucha recipe is 100% vegan, gluten-free and produces a beverage rich in probiotics. Our journey began in 2019 after months of determined labour, research and experimentation.Staying up late, burning the night oil and guzzling litres of soda was no more a choice, but a need. Before realization dawned upon us, making us acknowledge the adverse effects carbonated drinks have on one's physical and mental health as well as the environment. Prompted by this fearful realization, began our quest for a healthier, more sustainable alternative when we stumbled upon kombucha.
