Apart from creating more margins by minimizing intermediaries, the bazaar will empower small retailers to source from pan Indian market instead of local distributor and allow buyers to have better control on market through direct interaction. In phase 2, we plan to offer both domestic and overseas markets to Indian SMEs. Merchants at BazarA2Z will be able to sell in bulk to Indian and as well as overseas markets. BazarA2Z is promoted by Ace InfoBanc Pvt Ltd, pioneer of online b2b services in India, running popular b2b portals such as infobanc.com and vanik.com. Ace Infobanc is boot strapped but profit making internet venture. It enjoys long standing, deep relationship with Indian SMEs for many years. We are seeking angel funding for scaling up BazarA2Z. The funding will be used to scale up transactions to 100+ level per day. Leveraging our existing strength in SME services - we expect to reach that level within 6 - 8 months and go for series A Funding. Angel investor may exit during Series A funding or remain invested.
