The Flying Fish story began in 1995 when Andy Fairclough and Andrew Lorant, both experienced Royal Yachting Association qualified instructor trainers, set up instructor training courses in Barbados. Andy and Andrew quickly decided that location and learning environment were essential to rapid progress in sailing and windsurfing skills so they established a schedule of courses at some of the worlds best locations. twenty five years on Flying Fish operates busy training facilities in Sydney Australia, Cowes UK and Vassiliki Greece. Flying Fish offer a comprehensive schedule of vocational training programmes for Yachtmasters, Superyacht Crew and Watersports Instructors leading to internationally recognized qualifications and jobs. Over the years we have trained thousands of customers from all over the world. Some have found their dream job and are working in the industry today, whilst others returned to their old job refreshed after an amazing adventure and with a basket of new skills and qualifications.
